At our core, we believe safety gear shouldn’t mean sacrificing style, comfort, or quality.

After years spent on the front lines of transportation and safety, we kept running into the same problem: workwear was either cheap, poorly fitted high-visibility gear or the same stiff, uninspired work shirts. Neither fit the reality of modern field leadership. We saw a growing community of professionals—managers, inspectors, and supervisors—who are constantly moving between boardroom meetings, client walkthroughs, and active yards.

So, we decided to build what we wished existed.
